The European Public Integrity Foundation (EUPI) was founded in 2024 in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, as a non-profit organization under European civil law. The Foundation was established by a group of professionals specializing in governance, compliance, law, cybersecurity, international cooperation, and human rights protection. EUPIF was created in response to the growing global demand for effective anti-corruption mechanisms, institutional transparency, and cross-border accountability frameworks. Its mission is to promote and safeguard public integrity, ethical governance, and the protection of fundamental human rights, through a combination of investigative research, technological innovation, and open-access public information.
The Foundation’s management and strategic direction are exercised by the Board of Directors (the Board), composed of professionals with complementary expertise in governance, cybersecurity, digital communication, and legal compliance.
The Board of the European Public Integrity Foundation embodies a multidisciplinary alliance at the intersection of law, technology, and public ethics. Through the combined leadership of Yan Sikorin, Sanket Patel, and Pratik Thumbar, EUPI serves as a European center of excellence in digital anti- corruption systems, open data verification, and human rights protection technologies. All activities of the Foundation are carried out in accordance with its Statutes, the laws of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, and the principles of transparency, independence, and integrity, pursuing the long-term goal of building a more accountable, just, and technologically resilient Europe.
