4. How to Apply / Join Us Procedure
Step 1: Application Submission
Applications may be submitted through EUPI’s online contact form or directly by email to the Secretariat.
The submission should include:
- A motivation letter outlining your interest and background;
- A curriculum vitae (CV) or institutional profile;
- (Researchers) A sample of relevant analytical or academic work;
- (Organizations) A statement of objectives and cooperation areas.
Step 2: Evaluation Process
Applications are reviewed by the EUPI Secretariat and Advisory Council, evaluating:
- Professional and ethical suitability;
- Alignment with EUPI’s mission;
- Potential contribution to ongoing or future initiatives.
- Selected applicants may be invited to an online interview or coordination meeting to discuss potential roles
Step 3: Admission and Membership Confirmation
Approved applicants receive an official confirmation letter and access to EUPI’s collaboration platforms.
Membership may include:
- Access to internal research and policy networks;
- Participation in working groups and events;
- Co-authorship of EUPI reports and publications;
- Use of the EUPI affiliation title (Research Fellow, Partner Institution, or Member).
Step 4: Ethical Commitment
All members, partners, and affiliates must sign the EUPI Code of Ethics and Confidentiality Statement, upholding principles of transparency, integrity, and respect for data protection norms.
- Violations of these principles may lead to suspension or termination of membership.
